Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail for a flat rate of $6.00. Orders totaling $150 or more qualify for free shipping and will also be sent via USPS First Class Mail.

Once an order has been handed over to USPS, LollyPops and Airplanes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. USPS assumes responsibility for the delivery of your package after shipment.

We are also not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please be sure to confirm your shipping address before placing your order to avoid delays or delivery issues.

If your package is stalled, damaged, or missing, please contact USPS Customer Service at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim.
