Today on The Lolly Letter

Hi friends!

As we roll into beach season, especially with babies and tots, it's always great to have a few hacks in your back pockets.

Here's a game-changer for keeping sand out of everything at the beach: pack a mesh laundry bag or mesh produce bag in your beach tote. Wet toys, sandy clothes, and damp swimsuits go straight into the mesh—water drains out, sand stays contained, and cleanup is a breeze when you get home. No more sand in the car, the house, or the washing machine.

Another favorite hack? Bring a small spray bottle filled with fresh water and a few drops of baby shampoo. A quick rinse-down before leaving the beach removes most of the salt and sand from skin and hair, making bath time at the hotel or home so much easier. Plus, it helps prevent that uncomfortable salt-crusted feeling on little ones.

One more gem: freeze a wet washcloth in a small ziplock bag the night before. Toss it in your cooler, and by mid-morning it's the perfect cool compress for overheated toddlers. It doubles as a teething toy for babies, too.

Beach days with little ones are some of the best memories—these small tricks just make them a lot less stressful. Your future self (and your washing machine) will thank you.

Happy beach season, Lollypoppers!

Lolly
